Please stabilize sci-biology/gibbs-3.1. 
 Note: Because of the complexity of science package testing, a compile test is sufficient from the arch teams

@jsbronder/hp-cluster: this package needs sys-cluster/mpe2-1.0.6_p1 stable, any objections to stabilize it?

sys-cluster/mpe2-1.0.6_p1 needs mpich2-1.0.8 to go stable first.  Once that's done, mpe2 can be stablereq'ed.  src_test() would be expected to pass with mpich2.
