Description SpanKY gentoo-dev 2003-09-19 02:53:38 UTC
sys-kernel/genkernel-1.8 is not using the INITRD_SIZE setting from
etc/kernels/settings.

/usr/sbin/genkernel Line 193 has 5000 hard coded.

EVMS2 seems to need more than 5000K to boot.

CONFIG_BLK_DEV_RAM_SIZE= in the kernel config is also not getting set.
Comment 2 linuxboy 2003-11-11 15:07:49 UTC
I just built another Gentoo box and the problem is still here over a month
later.

We're talking about a change to one line and I've even specified which line.

Please make this minor adjustment.

Thanks
Linuxboy
