New ebuild for topcased:
Topcased is a "Toolkit in OPen source for Critical Applications & SystEms Development"
It's an Eclipse-based UML/sysML/... modelling and generator/simulator Toolkit.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put ebuild in you local portage tree
2. build manifest
3. install

Actual Results:  
Installed Topcased.


Right now just an very basic ebuild.
Any ideas & contributions to strip down installation and update dependencies are welcome.
