Hi,
since 7.6 we dont install .la file by mesa and for consistent .la files in world you must block 7.6 since all your ebuilds install .la file.

If you want some driver going well with 7.6 you have to drop the .la file code generation from ebuild and depend on >=7.6. All other ebuilds must block it.

As i already explain to cardoe via IRC.
