flash support has been moved from media-libs/gst-plugins-bad to media-libs/gst-plugins-good. media-libs/gst-plugins-bad-0.10.13 (the first version without flashsupport) is already stable. media-libs/gst-plugins-good-0.10.15 (the first version with flashsupport) is unstable. So we have no flashsupport at the moment. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
We may as well go for good 0.10.16 which probably getting the rest of the gst packages in there (mixing gst versions is secretly broken).

We have a few gst-plugins-good-0.10.16 bumps missed out right now. I think I can get them bumped after a nap and we can proceed to stabilizing immediately after that (missing plugins are -speex and a few more in the second half of the alphabetic order). We indeed can't go with gst-plugins-good-0.10.15 so well either due to the bad stabilization of gst-plugins-bad-0.10.13 (pun intended?) without splits; then again, the damage there is already done, but going with -good-0.10.16 is close enough. I fixed the blocker to -bad-0.10.14 stabilization related to --disable-kate, so that set is good to go, but only together with -good-0.10.16. The problem there was that if media-libs/libkate was installed, it would automagically install the kate plugin as well, and it was a more complicated fix than just adding it to the eclass list due to configure.ac problems.

I haven't done any visibility tests yet, so the first arch teams please let me know if there are any visibility issues relating to packages not in this list, so I can coordinate with the maintainers of those packages. You can proceed with committing the rest in case of such trouble only if the problem is in some package in the bottom part of the list (gst-plugins-a52dec and below), but please wait with committing in case of problems above that (in case of -base/-good/-ugly issues). I will try to do visibility checks myself tomorrow, but that's basically the same work as an arch team member would do anyway too - marking things stable locally and running repoman. Just noting because I'm used to make 101% sure keywords are fine before sending it off to you guys, but missing flv has been bad for too long now so I hope someone will do the visibility checking work as normal process and report if all is fine, thank you!
