This is what happens when I start realplay (realplay_error.png,22.09 KB, image/png)

Details
I tried "-v" thinking it meant "verbose". It is not a valid command line arg, but realplayer managed to load, can make connection, but seems to lock up and won't play. (realplay_error_-v.png,30.75 KB, image/png)

After starting it successfully with "realplay -v", this is what happens after connecting to a remote *.ram file... it locks up (realplay_error_-v_playing.png,6.85 KB, image/png)

Versions of packages:
realone-1

For realplayer, I'm using these source files:
>>> md5 src_uri ;-) rv9_libc6_i386_cs2.tgz
>>> md5 src_uri ;-) rp8_linux20_libc6_i386_cs2.bin

For realone I'm using whatever portage downloads for me: r1p1_linux22_libc6_i386_a1.bin

Comment 8 David Grant 2003-10-08 14:49:17 UTC
Fixed it, running "artsdsp realplay" fixes it.
