galeon 1.3.9 out, fixes the annoying css submit button bug among other things.

For those who cant wait, copying the previous ebuild into "galeon-1.3.9.ebuild" seems to work fine (for me at least).

This new release fixes some pretty serious form submission bugs that were giving me grief.
