After upgrading to now stable ode-0.11.1 rider just crashes in existing xmoto, after recompiling xmoto segfaults when you start a new game.

Patch attached that works for me that adds -DdDOUBLE to CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS based on Debian change reported in:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=521013
