This is a dictionary software (console version of Stardict application). It should be placed in the same category where stardict is.

Read per-category metadata.xml. app-dicts is supposed for dictionaries only:

        "The app-dicts category contains dictionary and word-list packages."

So that are programs that should be moved elsewhere...
