Just had a look into it. Both functions (recover_session() and end_session()) in schroot.initd are identical. Should the latter not contain the following?

   schroot --chroot=$chroot --end-session

Yes, it should.  Thanks for noticing that; fixed in -r4.  That was a stupid copy & paste error on my part.
