Remove (or if you're paranoid, move out of your include path) /usr/include/compiz/compiz-elements.h and re-emerge.
OK, works after removing /usr/include/compiz/compiz-elements.h . Ebuild needs a patch to ignore this file.
It seems that it helps to unmerge old version of x11-plugins/compiz-plugins-unsupported(-0.8.2) before installing new one.

Thanks to the comments above. Removing 0.8.2 before emerging 0.8.4 does it.
