Description Ben Kohler gentoo-dev 2009-10-14 21:28:38 UTC
I thought I was going nuts and couldn't get get the new python.eselect module to install... then I realized that eselect-python-20090824 still uses the same eselect module from 20090804 but adds new bits elsewhere.

Anyway, maybe you'll dismiss this saying its not a bug, but it seems like the version command's output should match the package version.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =app-admin/eselect-python-20090824
2. eselect python version

Actual Results:
Version 20090804

Expected Results:
Version 20090824

Expanded SVN keywords (in this case $Date$) are updated only when there are changes in given file. I changed DESCRIPTION and some comments in r273.

Fixed in app-admin/eselect-python-20091230.
