1.3.1 is out since 2009-09-24.
Changes since 1.3.0:

* Fixed a crash in double_approx(cl_RA) on 64-bit platforms.
* Add basic support for Renesas SH (sh4).

Copying the 1.3.0 ebuild works, tests pass. Reverse dependency sci-mathematics/ginac-1.5.3 compiles and passes its tests.
