it adds a menu entry "Gentoo Menu" which loads .desktop entries from 
/var/lib/gnome/Gentoo.

make sure you add the menu USE flag ASAP. I dont like it when repoman doesn't like the builds in the tree.

close it when you apply it spider.

'menu' as USE flag is a bit nondescriptive as well.

And the strings aren't translatable.. well, we are not supplying translations
to be more correct.

And i'd like to know the current plans on this 'Gentoo menu' thing even before
we'd apply this patch, but spider already added it i see. We should discuss
that spider. This looks different from the old plans already, what's next?
I'm not into supporting 'ideas' and 'plans' in the live tree.

The question is, what do you understand under "the old plan". This is the
plan svyatogor and me are working on since several month ...
