I get

cheese: error while loading shared libraries: libssl3.so.12: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

when starting cheese.

revdep-rebuild sees no inconsistencies.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run cheese
2. get "cheese: error while loading shared libraries: libssl3.so.12: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
Actual Results:  
"cheese: error while loading shared libraries: libssl3.so.12: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" is shown

Expected Results:  
Cheese should start

i can confirm this, and that reconcilio also sees nothing wrong
