Allow users to build SeaMonkey2 with the new QT toolbox, to harmonize the browser with KDE or other QT based desktop environment.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add the qt to the USE flags

Actual Results:  
You get a gtk2 based toolbox.

Expected Results:  
Getting a QT toolbox based SeaMonkey2

QT support is way to buggy for it to be added right now. If you would like it please use a seperate overlay with your own work. We will support qt once the major bugs have been resolved.
