'emerge -pvuDN octave-epstk' fails with:
root@lynx:/usr/local/portage/net-print(8)# emerge -pvuDN octave-epstk

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Calculating dependencies ... done!

emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "app-text/ghostscript-esp".
(dependency required by "sci-mathematics/octave-epstk-2.1" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "octave-epstk" [argument])

By the way octave-epstk-2.1 is rather old, the current version is 2.2 (04.06.2008)

By the way, octave-epstk is from the science overlay. The attached ebuild seems to work for me.
