First major release in 11.5 years was released last month... I'd be pleased to have an ebuild in my dev-distro for it as well. :)

please use full/exact versions in your summary ... if i didnt go reading some webpages, i might have added acct-6.5 instead of acct-6.5.1

i had to delete /usr/bin/last from acct because sysvinit is already providing it
