Bug 288158 – media-tv/xawtv (streamer) requires jpeg-6 to work

I'm using streamer from the xawtv package to capture v4l pictures. But after upgrading to jpeg-7 (and of course after revdep-rebuilding everything that depended on libjpeg.6.2.so and deleting this file) the streamer-program from xawtv did not work anymore and filled my log with segfaults:

Only way to handle this was:
1. emerge jpeg-6 again
2. emerge xawtv to link it against jpeg-6
3. emerge jpeg-7 and not deleting libjpeg.6.2.so



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. completely upgrade to jpeg-7, including revdep etc.
2. emerge xawtv
3. /usr/bin/streamer -c $source->{device} -i $source->{source} -f jpeg -s $source->{width}x$source->{height} -j $source->{quality} -o foobar.jpeg

Actual Results:  
streamer segfaults

Expected Results:  
streamer should deliver an image from v4l source

I'll look into it this weekend. It might be similar to failures in mjpegtools and transcode, both patched now...

explicitly set explicitly set do_fancy_upsampling/do_fancy_downampling to FALSE  to FALSE 

Same fix as mjpegtools, trasncode and cinelerra: After raw_data_out = TRUE,  explicitly set do_fancy_upsampling to FALSE, and after raw_datAain = TRUE, explicitly set do_fancy_downampling to FALSE.

Compile tested only do to lack of hardware.

I tested your patches and xawtv works without libjpeg.so.62, thank you. Please put the patches into the portage tree.
