Before this I 'emerge sync'ed

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

1. emerge -k kde
2. emerge sync (again)
3. emerge -k kde

Actual Results:
The same as in details.

Expected Results:
Finished through, of course :-)

Comment 1 Heinrich Wendel (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-09-15 12:44:39 UTC
try revdep-rebuild from gentoolkit
Comment 2 Heinrich Wendel (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-09-25 06:45:20 UTC
any news?
Comment 3 Heinrich Wendel (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-10-04 13:13:22 UTC
no answer...
Comment 4 Morten Tormoen 2003-10-04 17:22:13 UTC
How do I "revdep-rebuild from gentoolkit"? (This isn't self-explainatory..
:-)

BTW: I often get "segmentation fault" when I build code.. Why? Buggy kernel-build
or buggy hardware?
Comment 5 Heinrich Wendel (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-10-05 03:39:37 UTC
emerge gentoolkit and then run revdep-rebuild.
Comment 6 Heinrich Wendel (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-10-11 12:34:43 UTC
did it help?
