1)

=media-libs/netpbm-9.12*
as we are on release 10.x, it would try to install the old one

2) version bump : v0.37 (changed versionning scheme) :
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/jocr/gocr-0.37.tar.gz

3) some clean-up needed in ebuild :
app-text/tetex
	tetex? ( >=tetex-1.0.7-r10 ... )

the ebuild underwent a rewrite, and has been commited has gocr-0.37. could you please test and report on success ? thanks
