Any idea which the right patch is? I will check if all of them can be included later but for a quick and not too time consuming fix it would be help full to know which patch fixes the issue.
I think it is noexecstack.patch ... but this is only a guess
games-emulation/mupen64plus-1.5-r1 integrates almost all (this one included) current Debian patches.
