the libssh2 ebuild should provide an USE flag for largefile support (configure option: --disable-largefile)

I don't know if a USE flag is the most appropriate, but I think it should be set explicitly. Maybe depending on profile or arch?

libssh-1.2.1 uses AC_SYS_LARGEFILE which checks for largefile support and enables it if possible. So large file support is here when possible. Disabling it has no sense on systems that support it and such use flag is not required. So... WONTFIX.
