If we would have such a keyword, versions bumps could be easily recognised.

I think having severity=enhancement highlights those bug good enough. They should always have something like "version bump" or "new version" in their summary which makes it clear what the bug is about.

That means it has no real use for searching, since you could search simply the summary line for the popular words.

When looking at the bugs keywords you immediately see the summary, which should be as clear as a VERSIONBUMP keyword.

Bug-wranglers live is hard enough, lets not unnecessarily complicate it.
