Description Jasper Jaklofsky 2009-09-30 12:10:56 UTC
I compiled xf86-video-intel 2.9.0 on my laptop. Often I work with my laptop in a dockingstation and have an second monitor attached.

The new 2.9.0 intel-driver does not respond well. It gives a blue screen on my monitor, mouse cursor dissaperas

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compiled xf86-video-intel 2.9.0
2. rebooted laptop
3. started gdm and logedin as usual

Actual Results:
Fails to get an nice desktop over two monitors. Laptop os monitor blanks. After a while the second monitor gets blue.

Expected Results:
Desktop stretched over two monitors.

Does 2.8.1 work? What kernel are you using?

Thanks
