Ebuild updates for ophcrack-3.3.1:
  * Bump to EAPI 2 in order to make use of the src_configure phase
  * Replace the src_compile phase with a simple src_configure phase and rely on the default src_compile phase defined by EAPI 2

Ophcrack 3.3.1 and ophcrack LiveCD 2.3.1 released

This is bugfix release. An issue with the vista_seven tables on 32 bits architecture has been fixed, as well as some stuff related to the audit mode and CSV output.
The LiveCD corrects two recurrent problems: the misdetection of the CD on machines having more than one CD drive and memory exhaustion on machines with less RAM (lowram mode).
