Description David Smith 2009-09-27 01:32:58 UTC
KeepassX does not need the qt3support use flag on x11-libs/qt-gui or x11-libs/qt-core

I modified the ebuild and took out the qt3support flag, and keepassx merged properly and runs fine. Tested functionality, runs fine. qt3support is not installed on my system.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to emerge KeepassX-0.4.1
2. Error indicating qt-gui needs USE flag qt3support, which is no longer needed.
3.

Actual Results:
Error indicating qt-gui needs USE flag qt3support

Expected Results:
KeepassX does not need qt3support

Please act on this. It caused blockers on my stable box that I could not easily figure out!

Currently updating my stable host and if it works, I will fix it and request stable to solve this mess.

This is how I built it on my box. No issues to report. So, I'm making the change since there is a maintainer timeout.

Thanks for fixing it. Also the KeePassX developers confirmed that qt3support is no longer necessary: http://www.keepassx.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1916
