Two intersting overservations: - the redland ebuild has no dependency on pcre - dev-libs/libpcre does not install any .la or .a files (x86 here though)
And this isn't a real bug. Run revdep-rebuild or lafilefixer to fix your system.
Same problem for me too.lafilefixer then revdep-rebuild (reconcilio in paludis lingo) worked. Any thoughts as to why it happened in the first place so we can do something so other users can avoid it?
