Using journaled quotas, there's no need to run quotacheck upon every reboot. Not surprisingly there's a conf.d quota option for disabling it: RUN_QUOTACHECK. However one cannot find an appearance of this string in the init.d script. Therefore no matter if it's set to "no", quotacheck will be run. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Turn on journaled quota 2. Set RUN_QUOTACHECK to "no" 3. Watch quotacheck running after reboot Expected Results: Running quotacheck must be omitted in case RUN_QUOTACHECK is set "no".
