Fails on ./configure

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. `emerge xulrunner`



checking for iwlib.h... no
configure: error: Can't find header iwlib.h for Necko WiFi scanning (might be in package libiw-dev (Ubuntu) or wireless-tools-devel (Fedora)); use --disable-necko-wifi to disable

^ A new USE flag is needed, I guess.

I have add networkmanager useflag to both xulrunner-1.9.2_alpha2 and mozilla-firefox-3.6_alpha2. If you find the issue is not resolved let me know. TThanks for reporting.
