When I try to upgrade to sci-libs/hdf-4.2_p4 it conflicts with sci-libs/netcdf-3.6.2:



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -v1 =sci-libs/netcdf-3.6.2
2. emerge -v1 =sci-libs/hdf-4.2_p4 (in my case it was emerge -aDNuv world)


Actual Results:  
The error message is:
 * Detected file collision(s):
 * 
 * 	/usr/bin/ncdump
 * 	/usr/bin/ncgen
 * 	/usr/share/man/man1/ncdump.1.bz2
 * 	/usr/share/man/man1/ncgen.1.bz2


Expected Results:  
The old version — 4.2.0-r4 did not conflict with netcdf.

USE flags are "doc fortran -debug" for sci-libs/netcdf and "szip -debug" sci-libs/hdf.
