In the DBD::Pg perl module, the Pg.pm file needs a fix to handle newer
PostgreSQL's version string correctly. See for example Debian bug #198552.

I'm hoping this is fixed in DBD-Pg-1.31.  If not, if you could give me a
simple reproducible case, it would help, because I use mysql and am not familiar
with postgres.
