znes fails to emerge because of a SDL_JoystickNumButtons problem.
libsdl 1.2.6, zsnes 1.36

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge libsdl with useflag -joystick
2.emerge zsnes
3.

Actual Results:  
linux/sdllink.o(.text+0x9a4):In function 'InitJoystickInput':
:undefined reference to 'SDL_JoystickNumButtons'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [zsnes] Error 1
