patches-2.4.20-gentoo-r5.tar.bz2 is truncated on all mirrors.  It appears to be
384k instead of ~4MB.  Just caused problems for a friend doing a new build. 
Checked http://gentoo.oregonstate.edu/distfiles/
patches-2.4.20-gentoo-r5.tar.bz2 is timestamped 11-Sep-2003 08:10 and is 384k in
size.  My local copy is ~4MB.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge gentoo-sources during a gentoo install

Actual Results:  
Mirrors would attempt to resume and then fail.

Expected Results:  
Should have downloaded a ~4MB file and installed kernel source.

Okay, I've added a non-corrupted copy to the main server, but I'm not sure how long things will take to sync, so I've made a copy of it at http://dev.gentoo.org/~plasmaroo/
