airmon-ng needs net-wireless/wireless-tools to work.and we need airmon-ng to turn the wireless interface into monitor mode.then the others like airodump-ng could work.
i feel very strange why this package's ebuilds don't need net-wireless/wireless-tools

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge net-wireless/aircrack-ng   (with'out net-wireless/wireless-tools installed)
run airmon-ng start wlan0

Actual Results:  
wireless tools not found
so airmon-ng could not work.

Seems like a missing RDEPEND
