There is a new GnuCash release that solves some last minute bugs with the
importers. Be nice to update the ebuild for it.

ofx support seems broken in 0.8.6 (with 0.8.5.ebuild renamed to 0.8.6.ebuild)

i have 'ofx' tag but when using it, it did :

so, for now, it won't build 'as-is' with USE='ofx" emerge gnucash
USE="-ofx" emerge gnucash would compile it ok

no problem with hbci option in this version.

other thing : source not yet present on sourceforge. only on gnucash.org ftp

I have an updated ebuild with a workaround for the broken libofx dependency in the Makefile.  Anybody on the Gnome team mind if I commit it (~ masked of course)?

I've entered http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=122275 to inform the gnucash folks that the download is not available from sf.net

cool, I committed the ebuild.  feel free to change it as you see fit,
foser (you might not like the simple hack I used, but it seemed like a
non-intrusive approach).  we should also update the SRC_URI when the
source is available from download.sf.net

I deliberately didn't release 1.8.6 to sf.net because of the reports of problems with the libofx include. We're working on fixing that problem, when that is fixed we'll release 1.8.7 in both sf.net and gnucash.org
