Requests to rsync8.us fail.

UDNS has an IP of 64.246.0.222 (eagle has .87).  Neither respond to rsync
requests.

cc'ing contact.

Scooter, any info?

Removed from rsync1.us' access list and UDNS.

If the server becomes available again, please open a bug report.
