running mk-table-checksum with the --ask-pass requires dev-perl/TermReadKey to be installed
the current ebuild don't ensure that dev-perl/TermReadKey is installed


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
have a system where no other package installed dev-perl/TermReadKey
emerge dev-db/maatkit
try mk-table-checksum with the --ask-pass option
Actual Results:  
Cannot read response; is Term::ReadKey installed? Can't locate Term/ReadKey.pm in @INC ...

Expected Results:  
password prompt
