netcat6 can be used in neatx as well. netcat6 is the ipv6 alternative for netcat and is there in the portage. netcat and netcat6 block each other

the fix is too simply include netcat6 as the alternate

netcat6 is now yet another netcat allowed in neatx (using /usr/bin/nc6, as /usr/bin/nc symlink was only added in latest version), committed in CVS without revbump
