While helping test the Gentoo 10 anniversary LiveDVD I noticed mkxf86config was still creating the xorg.conf with the "i810" driver so this is two patches. The first one causes mkxf86config.sh to not create a /etc/X11/xorg.conf and is currently working on the LiveDVD for my T61 with the gentoo64 kernel. The second patch lets mkxf86config.sh create an xorg.conf but replaces "i810" with "intel". This also works.
