This library is very simple, but very usefull, it is used to controll the 
parallel port from python. it is a companion for pyserial, in fact, it is made 
by the same guy.

Thanks for the ebuild and for letting us know of pyparallel.

I tested your ebuild (nice work) but got a lot of warnings when using Python-2.3. Using Python-2.2 I got some ioctl error instead.

While I agree it would be a nice addition to Gentoo, I don't really think it's ready for portage yet. I hope I'll be able to include a later version of pyparallel.
