208.41.22.116 does not respond, hangs on SYN_SENT

Removed from .us, .namerica & main rotations.  No rsync##.us entry had a 
matching IP.

UDNS has 63.150.226.21 as rsync11 while eagle's rsync11 entry is 208.41.22.116.
rsynv -avz 63.150.226.21:: lists information that matches what we have for a 
contact.  63.150.226.21 has no round-robin entries and no entry on eagle.

Looks like 208.41.22.116 might have been an older mirror that is now defunct.
The working mirror (63) doesn't appear to be syncing with rsync1.us, but is 
only an hour off.

Will send an email to the listed contact.

63.150.226.21 is the correct IP.  UDNS & eagle updated.
