rapidsvn-0.10.0.ebuild

Here's a quick'n'dirty ebuild I did a couple of weeks ago.

It uses EAPI2 for the SVN webdav dependency, the "nowebdav" flag in SVN seems to be gone. Also, there are some SRC_URI tweaks and a tweaked patch name.
