After sync with different mirrors, emerge reports a digest verification error.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync
2. emerge -avuD world
3. rm /usr/portage/kde-base/solidautoeject/solidautoeject-4.3.1.ebuild
4. emerge --sync
5. emerge -avuD world

Actual Results:  
Calculating dependencies - * Digest verification failed:

 * Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size
 * Got: 495
