When the slang USE flag is turned off, pressing page down in the directory hotlist (ctrl-\) is the same as pressing delete (deletes the highlighted entry). Page down works normally in the main window and the command history window. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

There's no comment on the upstream bug; but I've just included mc-4.7.0_pre3 in tree if you could still retest it.
This bug is still present in 4.7.0_pre4... Marking UPSTREAM and waiting for the developers' response in the ticket Philip opened :) I'll comment on that bug as well whenever the registration email arrives...
