Description Tim Ryan 2009-09-08 15:56:13 UTC
The middle mouse button does not paste in any java app, it acts like the right mouse button. The mouse works correctly on any non-java app. I currently have dev-java/sun-jdk-1.6.0.16 installed, but I have tried it with 1.6.0.15 with the same results. This same jdk works correctly on my Ubuntu box at work. This is the same on two amd64 systems, my old one, and a new box just installed.

Ahem. We have no way of reproducing the problem (1.6 has been removed from the tree a while ago). Consider using newer versions (1.7 and/or 1.8) of Oracle JDK.

By the way, that kind of problem usually comes from X (wrong configuration) and isn't strictly related to the JVM. Closing this bug.
