Description Brad House 2009-09-07 14:16:55 UTC
Incoming SIP calls from teliax fail with this error:

[Sep 6 13:56:50] WARNING[28993]: chan_sip.c:3119 retrans_pkt: Maximum retries exceeded on transmission 7881e516-15b1-122d-00bb-8729d292b78e for seqno 120011564 (Critical Response) -- See doc/sip-retransmit.txt.
[Sep 6 13:56:50] WARNING[28993]: chan_sip.c:3146 retrans_pkt: Hanging up call 7881e516-15b1-122d-00bb-8729d292b78e - no reply to our critical packet (see doc/sip-retransmit.txt).

This has been resolved upstream with Asterisk:
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=15621

I've tested and confirmed the patch from oej also resolves my issue as suggested by Teliax:
http://help.teliax.com/discussions/support/1360-sip-compatibility-issue-with-asterisk-1616

I'll also attach a tested patch itself since their svn web doesn't appear to have the ability to give you diffs.

Thank you, this is 1.6.1.8-r1 which hit CVS about half an hour ago. Please allow at least an hour for the ebuild to make it to your local rsync mirror.
