net-misc/kcmpureftpd-0.6  uses kdelibs 2.2
it does not have a dependancy on kde2, yet attempts to install under kde 2 tree.

I think until someone fixes and updates the ebuild to version 0.8 (which uses
3.1)  it should be masked out.
