As the original report seemed a bit too vague, I should mention that it would be nice if portage includes logrotate configuration for emerge.log and emerge-fetch.log

According to comments in bug 121951 and bug 179855, there are tools which rely on emerge.log being untruncated.

It's not necessary to rotate emerge-fetch.log since it's always overwritten rather than appended.
