To have DGA support in the X server, we need a new enough xf86dgaproto (and possibly libXxf86dga). At least the radeon driver dies if DGA isn't present in the server. So we need either bumped deps, or make it optional in all the drivers.

It is in configure.ac, i hope nirbheek will fix it :]
